I had a really really nice experience here, everything was perfect, the location was beautiful just off the Rijksmuseum, one of the best accomodations in Amsterdam : and local eateries and bars. The staff was friendly, took good care of everyone. Got well-appointed and high-class room with kitchen when arrived, truly enjoyed that.

We stayed 4 nights in a lovely wee flat, right by the canal. The braw touches like fresh fruit and a bottle of wine were pure dead brilliant! Just a heads up, the stairs are steep, but it adds to the charm. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The unique breakfast delivery service was a good touch, great to enjoy locally sourced treats in the comfort of our room every morning.
The steep, winding stairs presented a challenge, especially since there was no nightstand in the room for personal items.

The tight stairs add an interesting element to the stay, becoming something you get used to quickly. The provided fan helped mitigate the heat, which isn't usually a problem in the area.
The room lacked air conditioning. Street noise and late-night revelers were persistent, impacting sleep quality. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and really could use a topper or pad, and I'd have appreciated more pillows instead of the bare minimum.
